How to Buy Solo Ads on Udimi

Prepare your offer and tracking before opening a seller listing. The order form is the last step of a buying process, not the first.

Prepare the destination

Use a working, mobile-friendly landing page that clearly explains the offer and has an appropriate privacy notice. Test its form and thank-you page yourself.

Filter sellers

Use niche, price, ratings, traffic origin and available delivery capacity to build a shortlist. Udimi documents these filters in its buyer help guide.

Inspect and contact

Read recent feedback, compare the seller’s recent traffic statistics and ask about audience fit, restrictions and scheduling. Keep agreements within the platform’s supported order process.

Configure the order

Select the number of visitors, any relevant geographic or device filters, the destination URL and a suitable delivery date. Review the final displayed total before payment.

Measure after delivery

Compare the marketplace delivery report with your own analytics, then evaluate opt-ins and sales. Record what you learned before another purchase.

A worked preflight example

Imagine you promote a beginner-friendly email course. Your intended audience is people learning email marketing, your destination is a course signup page, and your conversion event is a confirmed subscription. Check that the page explains the course, loads on mobile, and sends a confirmation. Only then compare sellers whose audiences plausibly want that topic.

What to ask a prospective seller

Ask how the audience was built, whether your offer category is accepted, which countries are available, and whether the requested schedule is realistic. Avoid asking a seller to guarantee an opt-in rate or earnings. If a seller's answer is vague, treat that as a reason to gather more information rather than as proof of misconduct.

After you place the order

Save the order settings and campaign URL. When traffic arrives, reconcile the provider's delivery count with your analytics without expecting the two systems to match exactly. Record signups and subsequent engagement. If the page fails during delivery, document the timing and contact support promptly instead of assuming the traffic itself caused the problem.

Put This Into Practice

  1. Write down the audience and conversion event that matter for your offer.
  2. Check the destination page and measurement before spending money.
  3. Choose a test budget you can afford to lose and evaluate qualified outcomes.
